If your blog had a consistent focus, it wouldn't be peripatetic! I like reading the things i find here - from bird watching stuff to spatial theory in theatre to ... whatever. If you want more thematic consistently you could always write start posting in series. Or you could start a new blog without deleting this one and have two...
Is this an "Independence [From My Blog] Day" inspired post? I say keep. Maybe re-brand, but that always brings market issues along with it i.e. you have to double your promotion to keep the same level of product awareness...
